Our wines

Perhaps our best-known wine, and the first Cabernet made in Mallorca, in 1981. We make it from the oldest Cabernet vines in our vineyards, vines that clutch the earth and gaze up at the sky.

A warm, very Mediterranean Cabernet, very fruity and full-bodied. After fermentation in stainless steel, it has rested for a year in French oak casks and then in bottle. Fineness, subtlety and elegance of taste to accompany game and rice dishes.
