A 100% Merlot from the red clay vineyards of Son Obra. A small tribute to our paternal grandmother, an example of how the Merlot variety has adapted to our island.
After pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature it is fermented in stainless steel tanks before spending almost 14 months in American oak casks. A varietal wine with notes of coffee and vanilla, it calls for a glass that favours oxygenation. A serious drink, ideal with winter food.
